Kalinga State University conducted a benchmarking visit to Philippine Normal University North Luzon (PNU-NL), Alicia, Isabela on March 7, 2025, to enhance its Teacher Education Program and institutional best practices.

Dr. Agnes S. Reyes, Executive Director and Provost of PNU-NL, expressed her warm welcome to the KSU delegation and emphasized the importance of collaboration in strengthening teacher education program. She also highlighted that this initiative fosters knowledge-sharing to improve academic and research capabilities.

Dr. Cyrila Bawer, Dean of the College of Education, led the KSU team who engaged in discussions with PNU-NL officials on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and research management. Dr. Bawer expressed appreciation for the insights gained, noting that the exchange will contribute to refining KSU’s Teacher Education Program.

The visit concluded with a commitment to future collaborations in research and faculty development.
